Senboku District Hotels

The room was well kept and spotless, the staff were incredibly helpful. in a class of their own.

Hotel Route Inn Omagari was spotless, good breakfast and very nice hot baths. We have always had a good experience with these hotels. Small rooms but very adequate.

We loved the small village feel of Yokote. The Hotel Plaza Annex provided modern amenities, but had an old world charm. The onsen baths on the first and second floor were beautiful and relaxing. We also had an open air wooden hot springs bath in our room, which was very luxurious. Our room was a suite with two beds in one room and a sitting area in the other room. It was very spacious. We ordered dinner and breakfast service for two days. All four kaiseiki meals were delicious and...

Beautiful location, indoor and outdoor onsen was empty and the large lounge with tea was nice. Breakfast offerings were good.

Staff was super nice at this property. Service was top of the line. They even drove us up and down the road even though we could've walked. Food was delicious, elaborate, and made with superb craftsmanship. Room was so comfortable probably one of the most comfortable ryokans we have stayed at. Private open air bath was perfect with snowing outside!

Very much a Japanese experience for those wanting one. A bit on the expensive side however.

Amazing views and got to experience the full traditional ryokan/onsen experience. Staff was very nice especially to foreigners.

This was a wonderful, family-friendly hotel. Although not especially convenient regarding access to the station, it would be an amazing place to stay for the Daisen fireworks festival given that it is literally across the street from the festival grounds and has floor-to-ceiling windows on the top floor. The breakfast was incredible with local ingredients used to craft traditional Japanese cuisine. The staff were friendly and did a wonderful job of helping our 10-year-old son feel welcome in the...

The staff and the dinner and breakfast was outstanding. We booked late and could only get a smoking room so can’t really comment on the room.

This is a great place to have an authentic Japanese experience. The traditional rooms with tatami floors were spacious and clean. The bedding was light and warm. The onsen experience was very pleasant. The traditional breakfast was flavorful and so were the welcome snacks. Definitely a valuable experience for those visiting the area.

healthy and delicious breakfast, helpful staff with excellent service. Clean room and comfortable beds, fast wifi, satisfactory stay
