"Комната чистая, светлая, теплая. Со стороны улицы достаточно шумно. Со двора - тихо. Обслуживающий персонал приветлив и готов прийти на помощь. Завтрак скромный , но достаточный. В некоторые дни был неудовлитеворительным. В целом довольно не плохо. "

"This hotel is a scam. They have no one to check you in or help you out. The self-check-in machine didn't have my reservation details, so I wasn't able to check in. When I contacted them on WhatsApp, an AI bot messaged me back saying it couldn't locate my reservation in their system. I ended up booking at another hotel, and they refused to give me my money back. This hotel should be shut down because it is a scam."

"Housecleaning never came during my 3 days there. The front desk attendants are not often at the desk, so you have to ring the bell"

"Very cold room, wouldn’t warm up. They forgot a drink on room service and when we checked out they could not give an itemised bill to see if we had been charged for it. Bathroom was not very private. Food good and bed comfortable but not clean, we brought our own sheet though."
