Hotel Kanz Erremal
6/10 Okay
"Room was nice, the location is great, but they can do so much more with the space, better sunbeds, put some sun shades / parasols (when I asked why they didn’t have sun shades the receptionist was surprised and said I’m the first guest asking. Which is weird in the dessert!) Nice music at the pool area and in the restaurant would be nice. The general toilet was very dirty. We had only 2 towels for 4 persons.
The dinner was delicious and more than enough! "
"Excellent stay at this newly renovated hotel. Less than a km walk to the dunes from the property (it’s at the edge). You can get a great sunrise view from the hotel front entrance and the terrace plus swimming pool area. Staff were super nice and always received us with smile. Highly recommended if you are looking for a Riad/hotel like experience instead of a tent within the desert . "
"We are a family of 3 and We booked this hotel a bit last minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They offer simple dinner on-site if you need like us and we had a great time. They also offer rooms to chill while waiting for your activity time. I definitively recommend it."
"Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They have a beautiful rooftop view of the dunes where we had tea and dinner. The room was nicely decorated and very cozy!"
"Personnel really kind and always helpful
Great stay. I recommend to do all the fabulous experiences, camel, quad, and jeep tour (wonderful and really interesting)"
"Sahara Magic Luxury Camp is, without question, one of the most extraordinary experiences our family has ever had. If you're considering a night in the Sahara, stop deliberating — this is the place.
The camel ride into the dunes at golden hour was the stuff of dreams — a moment our family will talk about for years. Our 4-year-old son was completely mesmerized, and watching him experience the magic of the Sahara for the first time is a memory we'll cherish forever.
The tents are genuinely luxurious — beautifully furnished, surprisingly spacious, and far more comfortable than you'd ever expect in the middle of the desert. Every detail has been considered to make you feel at ease while remaining fully immersed in the wilderness.
As night fell, the bonfire was lit, Berber music filled the desert air, and the atmosphere was warm and deeply authentic. Then came the stargazing — with zero light pollution, the night sky over the Sahara is unlike anything we have ever seen. None of us wanted the moment to end.
The food was fresh, flavourful, and generous — every meal a delight. And the staff were the beating heart of it all; warm, genuine, and incredibly attentive, taking exceptional care of our young son throughout.
Sahara Magic Luxury Camp is not just a place to stay — it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Absolutely unmissable."
