"This hotel was AWEFUL! Definitely not worth the money we paid per night. It’s more like “motel” status. The room wasn’t clean. We didn’t even have toilet paper in the bathroom. The phone in the room didn’t work, so I had to use my cell to call the hotel in order to get a toilet paper roll. The mirror in the bathroom had something in black on it, creeped me out. And sleeping in a room next to the elevator was awful. The staff was rude when we first arrived about having to wait exactly until 3pm to check in. They were just sitting around downstairs on their phones. Construction outside the hotel was terrible. I probably should have booked the river front hotel instead. "

"The front desk staff was very helpful! The room was cleaned. The only thing I had an issue with was the elevator. The control panel in the elevator was coming off. The coffee was delicious! "
