From the outside, this place doesn't look like much, but the rooms have been extensively modernized - everything in my bathroom had was new - and for the money, it's a hidden gem. J.R. is a genial and helpful host - he drew a map giving me a better way to get to my destination that evening - and the Dairy Chalet across the street is tasty nostalgia with more friendly people. They're enough to make you want to move to Tiona, but if that's not in the cards, at least you can stay here as you pass...

hotel was nice. looks like they had a little water damage in the bathroom. other than that. it was a room and it was clean.

Had an overnight stay and was a lot of fun. Nice rooms, quiet. Lots of dining options. Could have a more of a variety of slot machines. It is a beautiful area too, lots of good scenic views.

More Handicap parking closer to entrance would be nicer. The staff saw me struggling to walk with my cane so a employee ran over with a wheel chair and took me all the way to our room and said we can keep it till we check out. She also went back and found the foot pads for the chair which made it easier to elevate the legs. We had the pleasure of staying in this hotel on two separate occasions this past July. It was so wonderful on our first trip; there was no question where we'd stay when we returned to Jamestown. You can still smell the "newness" of the hotel in each room. Gorgeous historical property! Deb and Ben were gracious host. We would most definitely stay at Kane Manor inn again.

Room was clean and quiet. Walkable to the Cherry Lounge for beer and wings. Easy free parking.Overall very satisfied.

Very easy to get to.

Beautiful place. It’s a boutique type place near the woods, very quiet, new. We had a suite with two queen size beds overlooking the woods. And also unlike in other places you could actually crack the window open to let fresh air in. The room had plenty of space, enough tables, microwave, fridge, built in sink. The only thing was the mattress was a little too firm for my liking. But other than that it’s a beautiful place. Compliments to the owner!

Really nice room at an affordable rate. We paid the few extra dollars for the whirlpool room. There weren’t any photos of those rooms online so we took a chance. It was a nice hot tub. I would stay here again.

The staff at this hotel were the most welcoming and friendly I have ever experienced at a hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained as was the lobby. They went above and beyond to make sure patrons had everything they needed and then some. I would not hesitate to return or refer.

Our family was up in Bradford to take care of some business. Chose this particular hotel because of its location--right downtown. Its close to ramps for US 219, the Zippo/Case museum, the local hospital, movie theater, several restaurants and pharmacies. The local Walmart is only a few miles away and you have to pass more restaurants to get there. Allegheny State park is literally a few miles up a hill.
