"We had ana amzing stay at the Hyatt. All the facilities were amazing. The staff was efficient, kind and well tRAINED. My only critic would be the very slow service by the pool bar.
We will definitely come back"
"Breakfast and Full Board was okay - but gets very busy there was times when we couldn’t find seats or plates - but the staff helped.
It’s helps having a McDonalds opposite the hotel - kids opted for that some nights.
The kids club and entertainment staff was really nice - both my kids loved spending time with “Nana”
The food at the pool was nice and there is a Shisha Lounge which is within the hotel which was really nice.
The gym was decent managed to have x3 sessions at a cost of 100dhm
We got Khadija as our housekeeper and she was really friendly helped out. "
