"Door does not provide enough sound dampening - can be very noisy in the morning when people walk along the corridor
Needs black out curtains in the room - it gets very bright in the morning "
"Great location right next to the train and bus station. The staff was always polite and helpful and there were plenty of amenities available anytime we needed them. The room itself is pretty big for a Japanese property, we never felt cramped. The breakfast was a super bright spot, we looked forward to it all three mornings we were there. "
"Hotel is located near to Hakodate station & morning market is a short walk away. Room is spacious at 30 sq metres but very basic with hardly any storage space or table/shelf top space. Toilet & bathroom are clean & nice enough. Breakfast is good with seafood rice bowls & a good selection of breakfast items to meet most needs. "
"The hotel was clean and offered excellent amenities. The only comment I have is that the breakfast did not cater to Westerners. There were small pancakes and very small sausages, and poor-quality scrambled eggs. "
"Great location with easy access to major sightseeing spots. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options such as fresh seafood, noodle soup, traditional Japanese breakfast dishes, and some Western-style meals as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here."
"while not the most attractive location (having parking lots and a highway nearby), I give it five stars for convenience of location and also for sufficient soundproofing so that we never heard the highway from a room on the eighth floor, not did we hear people in neighboring rooms. A particular highlight for us was the rooftop onsen. After a full day of walking, tram-riding, and sightseeing, it was a treat to visit the onsen and relax in the hot water while overlooking the nighttime lights of the city and its harbor."
