"Very convenient for a staycation after a night at the theatre. We had a corner room so lots of windows and could just hear the early morning construction work out on the street which was unfortunate. But otherwise very well equipped."

"I tried to book an extra night and due to hotels.com app and customer service to be at a very low level I could not do it, staff member was reluctant to hold room until hotels.com rebooted so I ended up driving home, sad that I could have booked 1 more night but staff member was only interested in me booking direct, "

"The room was ordinary. I felt stressed out in the room with weird room lighting. Though amenities in the toilet were ok. Furniture was outdated in the room along with antique TV. Not even feel like turn on even once. Only one lift which is old fashioned and narrow. Parking spots are too narrow although it is free. Breakfast menu is very limited and most of the Breakfast items were not refilled. Don’t recommend to pay for the breakfast. Also, I’ll not recommend for families or long stays. "

"Underground car park had a very low concrete beam scraped paint off our car roof we had no way of avoiding it mattresses had no bed protection"
