"This looks like a fairly new hotel. The location is Excellent, near restaurants, mall, cafes, & shops. From the room, the one we got, we could see the impressive Ha Long Bay. "We stopped for a very brief one night stay before boarding the Mon Cherie Cruise HaLong Bay..it was comfortable, quiet and provided hot breakfast. The swimming pool is lovely..we ate at a great local Italian restaurant in very close walking proximity Vinace. A perfect 20 hour stop over."
