"Easy to communicate with, late check in was a breeE. Comfy bed. Kitchenette had all you need for an overnight stay."

"Parking easy, receptionist very pleasant. Our room had fabulous view over lake to mountains. Complex would hugely benefit from a makeover but was very clean and beds comfy so great value for money. "

"A great spot right on the lake, a few minutes drive from the CBD. Spacious rooms, some with mineral spa bath for added relaxation. The owner was very friendly, helpful and available for any queries. Facilities in our suite were excellent with everything you need for preparing meals and a separate dining area. Our stay was very comfortable and we would have no hesitation in staying again for longer."

"Staff attitude was absolutely poor. I arrived at the front desk and the staff just picked up the phone, keeping me waiting. I was first to arrive then I should be serviced first not the phone. Then he had the nerve to tell me that I don’t have the patience for 2min to take the phone call. Not good service. Next there is a sign outside the kitchen saying access hours 8am to 10pm, else they will be fined. This does not make sense. I had to warm up my food at 11pm not knowing this sign was there. But I didn’t go in, due sign about fine. Absolutely ridiculous. No empathy for customers. I think the customer service is lacking in this establishment."

"Sofa bed needs upgrading We enjoyed the great location, but the sofa bed was a real letdown. The mattress seems like the original — I could feel the springs, it was noisy with every turn, and I woke up with a sore back. I asked for a mattress topper but didn’t hear back. We spend money on holidays to rest properly. Upgrading the sofa beds with a decent mattress or replacing them with proper beds would make a huge difference. That change alone would be a big plus and guests would love it. Otherwise, location was good. Thanks."

"Super quick and easy check in, heaps of on site parking, nice spacious room, handy to town, small grocery store across the road ,short walk to the lake. Very clean, Fluffy towels, spa bath. Big bathroom."
