"The location is excellent, just in the city centre, still quiet. The front desk and valet were very helpful. The breakfast was mediocre and the number of staff was inadequate for serve large number of guests. The room shower was not properly cleaned."

"Breakfast was excellent. Variety including fresh seasonal fruit, breads, cold cuts and juice. Dining area was very pretty. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a welcome drink and some light snacks at the bar. Also every day in the bar lounge area they have set up a coffee, tea, water, and juice station. This came in very handy in between my touring when I’d come back to the hotel for a short rest. You could literally walk to the train station in three minutes, and you have access to public transit. The room was very spacious and clean vast majority of the staff are helpful and competent. I do find that the front desk is overwhelmed as there are many large tours that check in and check out. So if you wanna ask them a question about where to go and some Logistics, they do not have much time to help. The bed was comfortable, but it could be improved with a quality mattress pad that many hotels use."
