"Nice hotel.The only thing that let it down was the reception staff...plenty of staff but very slow in attending to customers. Should have a tips box in dining rooms as staff are excellent"

"Centrally located opposite the bus station, but there was plenty of underground parking at the hotel too. My only criticism was the lack of soft lighting in the room - nothing was dimmable. If I'm being really picky a USB-C port at the desk would have been useful too! But it was a lovely hotel, the staff were great, and the room was spotless!"
