"This hotel is a stately building right in the middle of Old Town and within close walking distance to almost everything you want to see in Prague. The staff was excellent from top to bottom, and the breakfast buffet included in the room rate had more than I could have wanted. My room itself was huge by European or American standards. In contrast, I came from a hotel room in London that was one fourth the size of this room for the same cost."

"The Hotel Caesar Prague is a lovely hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean and the coffee machine was a nice touch. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice, all fresh and a good price. There are nice restaurants near by and just 20min walk and your in the old square."

"The hotel is conveniently located. Had problems with internet but fixed day 2. Nice place Do not recommend Eco tours located at hotel. Took expensive scooter tour and felt unsafe. Decided to quit for safety sake. The guide was good but left the manager to pick up scooter and left me in a park high above city alone. The manager came to pick up scooter and was abandoning me in the park. I asked about a taxi and he said it was not his fault. I did not ask for refund just a taxi back to hotel. Manager offered to call me taxi but kept berating me for asking for help. I told him to leave if he did not stop blaming me for being left. Manager did not care I was left alone, no phone to call taxi and no Polish to ask for help. He took off and left me in the park. It took me over an hour to walk far enough to get internet to call for help. If I had been injured riding scooter I fear Eco would have left me to take care of myself. Do not trust this company. No care for their clients."
