"The water pressure in the bathroom is a bit low, but everything else is fine."

"We live at the penthouse floor with huge side windows however the windows were not cleaned so we barely can open the curtain to enjoy the view You can see the spider webs at the corner of our in room stairs up to the living room place. The front desk staffs are nice, however the breakfast staff is not attentive perhaps due to lack of people, as a 5 stars hotel service I would say not qualified. Location is, nonetheless, excellent "
