"Casino was nice but most restaurants were closed. They added a $15 parking fee to our checkout and honestly you should get free parking if you're staying there "

"Do not stay in the Chelsea Tower. You did not want to be barefoot. Besides the fact that the rug is a hideous brown, it was tacky under your bare feet. If I can’t have my shoes off in a hotel room, that’s an F!!! The bed frames were from the 80’s, all chipped and the box spring cover was too small! The only good thing was that the bathroom was nice, and the shower pressure was excellent. Also, the valet damaged my car- river thin fine and came out with a huge gash in the tire and the rim is scratched. This stay was more than a disappointment, to say the least."

"Clean room. Stayed in a smoking room and it was better than the non smoking room I originally had. Friendly and helpful staff. Didn’t go to the casino or bar but both looked active. Convenient location for what I visited for."

"No.. the kitchen was not fully equipped.. they had a coffee maker but you needed to bring your own coffee! Ridiculous! Towels were disgusting.. the entire bathroom needed to be redone.. the tub was gross! I don't suggest anybody going there.. dreary and depressing but unfortunately we didn't have a choice! One of the worst ever"
