"Awesome place to stay"

"Staff excellent. Pool great. Room was requested to be accessible but no response from property to such and I did not have accessible shower. I was also told when requesting beach view that every property faced beach. I booked because of that and did not get a view of beach. Place us convenient but property is tired and old."

"This place is an easy stay everytime, so peaceful and clean. It was pouring rain this time but we could easily get on the bus right out the front or eat at the club without even going outside. Have stayed multiple times never any issues. We did have a back side of the building room this time overlooking Tweed rather than Coolangatta but worked out to be the perfect location to watch the ANZAC Day dawn service from the balcony. Staff are always lovely and accommodating."

"Room description was completely inaccurate and paid for beach view - no beach view not even partial view. Facility response was the responsibility was the booking through 3rd party. Staff were polite. Room was small but clean. Very specifically wanted a beach view and very disappointed."

"I would have liked a communal lounge area for Adults. This seems to be missing from the facilities. Scheduled Yoga class on Thursday didn't happen. Reception confirmed that it was on but next day it wasn't. Guests needed to be notified. Many thanks, Edward"

"Second time we've stayed. Good value, especially as breakfast is included. Good variety of breakfast foods. Bed is comfy and excellent water pressure in the shower, which is over rhe bath. Wi-fi works well."
