"Staff was very nice Parking was questionable- staff had golf carts to transport back and forth from room- you had to calm the front desk to get someone to come or walk inclines or lots of steps depending where your room was."

"Be sure to clarify what specific room you are getting prior to your trip. Ours what not the same level of quality as the one we had expected. And after a couple days of investigating we realized there was bat droppings falling on our bed and they were unable to move us to another room until whole 24 hours later. We had to rearrange the furniture to move the bed to a "safe zone" to sleep. All of it was unfortunate. The kid the front desk tried to be helpful, but wasn't really able to do anything. At this point no refund has been given thus far."
