"I booked this hotel via Expedia app and got charged.When I got there, they hotel stated that they don’t work with expedia and therefore cannot see my payments.Well they forced me to pay again!!!It was painful to pay again!!
To make the matters worse, I reserved the cheapest room but I was given a much expensive room!!The restaurant denied me hot water for breakfast directing me to buy one liter then they boil for me!!This made me to not eat that breakfast!!An attendant behaved rude when I requested for an additional supply of room items…."
