"Ac was not working in our room. Front desk said they would send a technician but they never did. Other than that the facility was okay! I wouldn’t say it should be a 5 start I would give it a 4 or 3 star. Breakfast had some weird selections, wasn’t very edible. "

"The Hotel Zenith was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. As a USA citizen who has travelled a lot I give this hotel a 10/10. The staff are very friendly and the service level is excellent. Muhammad and Kareem are very professional and their service was awesome! The dining experience was also amazing. The breakfast was delicious and we had many choices. There was also a chef available to make custom egg omelet's. We also dined in at their restaurant for dinner twice and their chef made every meal we had there with perfection. "

"Nice room. Staff is nice but not very professional as if they are not used to dealing with tourists. For example there were issues with the credit card payment machine. They expect you to pay cash in local dinars"

"Si c’était un 4 étoiles je dirais que c’est parfait mais pour un 5 étoiles il y a beaucoup de points à améliorer commençant par l’entretien des vitres extérieures de l’hôtel.manque d’oreiller confortable, pas de housse protectrice sur les matelas pas de sortie de bain pas de pantoufles pas de stylo ni de bloc note ni d’instruction pour le téléphone sur le bureau pas de boisson dans le mini bar à part de l’eau pas de fer a repasser pas d’extracteur d’air dans la toilette par de porte savon ni de mouchoirs ni verre ni de débarbouillette dans la salle de bain. La lunette des toilettes tombe directement sur la toilette avec un bruit fracassant non automatique Pas de distributeur de glaçons dans le palier "
