" Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service I recently stayed at Opal with my teenage kids and had a truly delightful experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast the next morning — the buffet was genuinely impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality, delicious dishes that rival those of a 5-star hotel. What stood out most was the exceptional room service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I’d like to extend a special thank you to Usama from maintenance, who kindly helped us tune the TV and brought us water. His humility and eagerness to assist were truly appreciated. "The amenities were very nice. The staff were friendly and courteous. The housekeeping department did a phenomenal job and the breakfast chef at Insignia catered to the guests with specialty omelets and constantly made sure the buffet was tidy, restocked and beautifully presented. We stayed in December and the decorations and hot chocolate station were over-the-top! We very much d ed n joyed our stay! "
