"We were scammed by Expedia on this reservation. During reservation It was specified that the room is with multiple beds (1 king bed + 1 single bed). Accordingly, I selected this room and made the payment. However, during check in, we were informed that the room selected was only with 1 bed (1 king bed) and there will be charges to add another single bed. We ended up paying for the single bed even though the reservation in expedia specified that the room already comes with the additional single bed. Further, we were provided with a smoking room even when the request was clear for non=smoking room. Will avoid this hotel in future and will avoid making reservation through Expedia. "

"Stayed in a junior suite which was a nice size but the furniture and curtains were all very stained and dirty to the point they should be replaced. The floor hadn't been cleaned properly either and there were liquid stains on the walls. Bed was very uncomfortable, unless you like an extremely firm mattress. Staff were friendly and helpful"

"Yes. It was nice large room with the view of the mountains and the staff very friendly. "

"Check in was comfortable and ease. Greeted with welcome drinks and hot towel. Was provided assistance with the golf cart to our rooms for our luggage. The chalet room was fantastic and spotless. Breakfast and dinner was excellent with various options. Only downside was despite the slightly steep dinner fee, drinks are not included which was a little disappointing. All in all, great place and I recommend it."
