"Hotel was great. Staff were extremely helpful when I needed to travel outside of the city and understood English very well. I ate mostly at the hotel and food was very good and breakfast was extremely good. "
"Had a recent trip to Atyrau, and gotta say, the hotel I stayed at was pretty sweet. Don't wanna get into all the tiny details, but yeah, it was a really good experience.
The place just felt super chill and comfy, you know? Everything seemed well-kept, which made it easy to just kick back and relax. Little things here and there just made the whole stay smooth sailing.
And the folks working there? Awesome. Always helpful and polite, made sure I had everything I needed without any fuss. That really stuck out to me.
