"I would not stay at this hotel again. We were staying there as my daughter was having surgery and we are from out of town. After her pre-op appointment, we picked uo some lunch and went to the hotel to rest as surgery was the next morning. First we had to walk through the lobby to stairs that led us to a hallway to walk down to the door to the outside and walk down a balcony to get to our room. Then while we were resting, abmotel worker BARGED into our room, without knocking, and woke my daughter uo and scared us both a lot. Not ok!!! Then after surgery, it was around suppertime, we cam back to the hotel and walked the long walk to our room. My daughter is exhausted and hurting and just wanting to lay down, our key didn't work for the room. We couldn't get back into the hotel to the lobby as the outside door needed your key to open. Extremely inconvenient. When finally someone let us back in, the guy at the desk said "Yeah we are having issues with the keys'. If they knew that, why didn't they stop us on our way bu to reprogram them. One positive thing I will say is that our room was clean. "

"You have to go to the front desk for pool towels, asked for 6 they only had 5. But towel isn’t the word for them as they were tiny and basically a large hand towel. They ran out of cutlery at breakfast. Our cards kept not working to get into our room or into the side door. "
