"Very poor experience. Smelled old and musty upon arrival. Flat tire on cart, discovered no hot water at 10 pm, front desk said they had other complaints, was a boiler problem, no alternative offered, had to request a pitcher of hot water from the restaurant so we could at least wash, ripped black out blind on window, toilet running all night, breakfast was terrible and pathetic. No toast, no fruit of any kind. All there was was tasteless scrambled eggs, greasy sausages, tasteless pancakes, some nameless juice, and deep fried hash browns. It was either that or nothing. They could’ve done so much better to make it more palatable. We had dinner the night before in the same restaurant and the food was really good! Good thing they gave us a voucher for breakfast or I would’ve been absolutely crazy if we had to pay for this meal. That really was not a buffet as advertised. Construction being done at the entrance was no problem but there was a metal thing and uneven concrete witch caused a trip hazard of which I tripped, fell into my open car door, banged my head, wrenching neck snd shoulder and bashed the top of my foot. Could hardly wait to leave. "
