"The hotel is a bit old but the things that are important to us (sauna area, thermal pools, swimming pool) are all great. Food is average, a bit oily, but has relatively good options. "

"Hair in eggs on breakfast and the worst thing is that the staff was checking the availability and didn’t care at all. The bathroom cabin leaks a lot after an average shower. The spa is so-so and the changing rooms are bad. It’s outdated as everything. Summary: I have no idea why there’s so high rating."

"The hotel exceeded our expectations, our room was clean, comfortable and had a lake view. The staff was kind and professional, especially Georgina, who helped us find an excellent room after the first one they assigned us only had a partial view of Lake Balaton. The SPA was also great, but what really impressed us was the abundance of varied, special and delicious foods. I would rank the culinary experience, what we had in the hotel into the top five out of the hundreds of hotels we have stayed in worldwide over the decades."
