"The staff at check in were not at all friendly or helpful. Housekeeping came to our door more than once a day to disturb us because they had supplies stored in the room we booked. Kitchen appliances that were listed in room were missing (no blender, no knives, the toaster could not be used because it kept tripping the circuit breaker)"

"The management is really poor. Be prepared for property changes last minute and basic amenities not being provided. Kwaku extremely rude and unprofessional and Efua who is just as bad. Props to Charles very friendly and responsive he made up for the poor experience . Stayed here twice so take this review seriously"
