"This property has beautiful views all around, and you can even see the Ella train passing by from the room. Thanks to its location, the property is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal place for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and excellent hosts. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Ella!"

Set at a higher elevation, the hotel offers spectacular mountain views that make the stay feel like a retreat in the clouds, while still being very close to the beautiful and lively town of Ella. Its location is also ideal for exploring nearby attractions, including Little Adam’s Peak and Ravana Ella. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Sachini, who provided truly world-class guest service with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful breakfast service. The staff asked us the night before what we would prefer for breakfast, and everything was prepared fresh and served right on time. A beautiful location, stunning views, wonderful staff, and exceptional service—Heaven Breeze Hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting Ella. We would happily stay here again!"

"Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t have time to try. Overall fully recommend."
