"Lovely rooms with great space and amenities. I really liked the regular supply of filtered water avoiding plastic bottles, and the friendliness of the staff. Spa was great and massage was very well priced for the service."

"Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and honestly felt like a complete waste of money and time. This was the most expensive hotel out of the three we stayed at during our honeymoon, and unfortunately it turned out to be the worst experience of the entire trip. From the moment we arrived, the service was poor. There was no welcome drink or warm hospitality, which was surprising considering the price and reputation of the hotel. The biggest issue, however, was the condition of the room. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, which is unacceptable for a hotel charging premium rates. When we complained about the cleanliness, the housekeeping staff came and simply wiped curry stains off the seat using their hand and left without properly cleaning or sanitizing the area. It was shocking and very unhygienic. We reported this to the reception staff, but initially they did not seem to care or take the matter seriously. Only after a long discussion did they agree to move us to another room, but unfortunately the replacement room was no better than the first one. The condition and overall quality were still far below expectations. This hotel completely ruined a significant part of our honeymoon experience. For the amount of money we paid, we expected comfort, cleanliness, and professional service, but instead we received poor hospitality, dirty rooms, and careless staff behavior. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant or memorable stay."

"We liked The Westin very much. Staff was excellent. Rock pool was nice. A very peaceful place to relax. We recommend this resort. Only one thing that I want to bring up is the room with balcony we booked said it was 585 square feet. I stayed in many 585 square feet rooms before. It was not. Maybe 385. Other than that, Westin Langkawi was very nice, with great people working there. Thank you!"

"Breakfast (buffet) was very good with a variety of dishes. Shuttle service was also very professional and fast. Room was comfortable and clean. Air conditioning worked well. There was enjoyable and pleasant atmosphere on the territory of the hotel."

"We arrived a day late due to missing our flight, and the Hotel kindly gave us some credit to use in the bar, which was really kind of them. Staff were really friendly, very good location. Only downfall was that the bar shut early at 10pm."

"The place is amazing. Fantastic white beach and integrated architecture. The domain is huge clean and very quiet. The food is excellent. Indian, Malaysian or grill. Last but not least the staff is great in all aspects. They will do everything to make you enjoy your stay. Not far from perfection. "
