"Location was convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. The resort fees were expensive, in my opinion. Also, the valet at $60+ per day unlimited valet was ridiculous- on top of the resort fees. My $1150 hotel room ended up $1900 for 6 nights.

"Original Kanaapali resort, with old Hawaiian feel. While this resort is not equipped with the same amenities of the much more modern resorts that are in the area, it exceeds expectations by providing peace and that old Hawaiian feel that we enjoy. Rooms were very nice, being a smaller property, there aren’t the crowds to navigate. On-site restaurant is nice, however definitely on the more expensive end. We would enjoyed live music at Branches, the outdoor stage, on property. Being an older property, it felt like everything was much closer to the beach, which was very convenient. We would definitely visit again!"
"The room was very nice, the location was fantastic, the staff was very friendly and helpful. But the swimming pool is very small. The dining options are limited. And there is nowhere to sit down and hang out other than some hard wooden benches in the lobby."
