"Perfect location. Beautiful building and great staff and service. Love Chenin wine bar and candy bar in the main lobby. Rooms are a little small, and hallways are dark but great vibe and well decorated."
"The room definitely needs updating. The bathroom tub was dirty and rusty. No towels wash cloths or tissue in room upon check in. One of the slides was not working. Food was not the best and extremely overpriced. Water park felt overcrowded and half the games in the arcade were either broken or not working at all. The staff was extremely nice and friendly except the young man at the store he wasn't very talkative or helpful definitely got the sense he didn't want to be there. The elevator closest to our room was broken and the one by the waterpark broke down also, using the stairs several times while pregnant was a bit much."
"Beautiful apartment style rooms, nice and clean! Staff were friendly. I do wish that they let me know as soon as I booked or had it listed on their site about the 150 refundable fee. I recommend doing that possibly. Other than that I would stay again and recommend to others. "
