"The suite was beautiful! The stand alone tub and big shower were amazing. The pool was well kept, clean and the bar was lovely. The spa was exceptional with their options, accommodations and knowledgeable staff. No matter where we went, throughout the entire property, the staff were kind and patient and so nice! This includes the restaurant staff in all places, bartenders, valets, front desk and housekeeping!"
"The sink in the room had a really bad leak when we got there, they where trying to move us to another room that night but it didn’t have the ocean view which I had paid for so I told them no. When I went downstairs to inform them of what was going on the maintenance person just knocked on the door one time and didn’t wait for anybody to answer. My partner was in the bed with no clothes on and he still proceeded to go in the bathroom to look at the leak which was very unacceptable. So the next morning I went back down to speak with a manager about what had happened and about the leak in the bathroom. The bathroom are very outdated, they promote that they have microwaves in the room and didn’t. For the amount I paid for it wasn’t worth it at all."
"We had a great time and the hotel and staff were great. The location is perfect. Easy walk to PNC, Market Square, subway and right at Point State Park. Valet parking was great, I've used private decks staying here before but pay a little extra for valet here, especially if you plan to drive anywhere. Only issue was the pull out sofa in the Jr Suite was awful. Not sure there is ever a good pull out sleeper but this one was terrible. Other than that everything about the hotel and the stay was awesome."
