"The hotel was exceptional in design of its rooms (we stayed in rm 111), access, exterior space, and pool. The lighting, access to switches and sockets was well thought out too. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful when requesting transport. The serving of breakfast would have been a bonus on an otherwise wonderful stay The only additions I would recommend….a hand soap pump by the sink to avoid stepping into the shower tray each time to access the dispenser on the wall, and horizontal...

"The staff are all so nice and helpful! They helped me book a tour (which was so much fun, I learned a lot and had a blast) and book my bus going back to Siem Reap. It was seamless. They also helped me with my laundry even though I just gave it to them the day before I left so it was a little rushed. The restaurant staff are also so accommodating and nice. And the restaurant itself was just so airy and fresh. Thanks for a great stay!"
