"We had a very good stay at Zenstay in Amsterdam! Even though it is a self check-in property, the property manager personally waited for us and helped us with the check-in process, which was extremely kind and appreciated. The apartment was comfortable and everything went smoothly during our stay. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s about 25–30 minutes from the city center, but overall we had a great experience and enjoyed our time there!"

"I have to give a bad review because the check in is at 3pm and the password of the doorkey of the room was provided at 6:58pm, i tried to email them and call them and there was no possible way to contact this hotel, i never recieve an answer, i only recieve the password in a diferent email, no apologies and no reply over my emails "

"We had a fabulous stay! Staff were friendly and efficient, nothing seemed too much trouble. The little touches such as cold water and warm waffle on check-in were appreciated. Our room was brand new and spotless with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We used the pool next door which was busy (it was a scorching day) but refreshing after a day in central Amsterdam.
