"There’s no reception which I first found.. interesting. But all communication goes through WhatsApp and they always answer quickly and being so helpful. As rather common in Southern Europe the door to the toilet is made of glass… I slept like a baby! The hotel is super central and close to loads of places. Would recommend!"

"Room was basic and clean. Housekeeping every day with new towels. Staff were friendly and continental breakfast was sufficient to start the day. Location is very good, ten minute walk from train station and 20 mins to Trevi fountain and Colosseum. Good choice for those on a budget and happy to walk."

"We stayed at Augusta Lucilla palace from May 29 till June 1st and again on June 7th. We are a family of 5, very nice and clean rooms, prefect location , walkable distances to major attractions. Just the reception area is small, but honestly it wasn’t a big issue for us. Overall a very nice hotel with 5 minutes walk to Roma Termini."

"This is my go to hotel in Rome. Easy walk to train station and about a 20 minute walk to any tourist site. Friendly staff and the atmosphere and decor are great. Breakfast on the rooftop each morning is great! Room is comfortable and has fridge and tea kettle. Bathroom had great water pressure and lots of hot water. Lots of bars and restaurants near by. I can’t wait for my next trip!"

"For our overnight stay in Rome before departing to country-side visits via train, this place was ideal. Check in was very fast and easy. Was a bit odd to have several hotels in one building, but our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff at reception was very nice. There are not typical hotel amenities like a lobby or restaurant and such, but there is a nice spa room you can sign up for. They also offered a happy hour at a nearby restaurant which was a vey short walk and a nice...
