“I've been staying here a couple of weeks now for work/business, the rooms are spotless, great facilities; kettle, fridge, microwave, shower gel, hand soap, washing up liquid, glasses, cups, cutlery. WiFi, TV. Co op and pub restaurant within 50m, various takeaways within 150m. I would highly recommend staying at this property and I will be continuing to book it as required throughout April '26

“A lovely pub/hotel. Great service on arrival. As we were leaving before breakfast the staff made my daughter and I a breakfast bag. Thanks. My only comment (not complaint) is that the toilet space is small in room 1”
“We had a really comfortable night in a huge room which was very clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.”
“Truly exceptional accommodation in glorious coastal East Sussex. Great hospitality and hearty breakfast daily, with unique pub setting for lunch and evening meals. Looking forward to my next stay, hopefully sooner rather than later. Thanks to all at The Kings Head Inn, Rye, East Sussex.”
“It is a very high class hotel with a good atmosphere. The restaurant is a very convenient for the hotel guests. Location is perfect for a seaside holiday.”
“Clean and well maintained accommodation. Nice room & breakfast. Good location on the main road with easy walking distance to Dymchurch or better still, cut through near the Ship Inn to the beach and great walk along promenade to Martello towers.”
“Amount of things supplied, didn't really need half the stuff we took. Excellent flat. Well equipped. Nice set up. Bonus bottle of wine. Lovely views. Apart from stairs everything was perfect, even stairs I coped with. Can't praise it enough.”
“Loved the English breakfast choices. Wished I could've stayed there longer!
Tarek was very helpful and he was polite and cordial. As was the nice lady in the morning!(I forgot her name!) What a beautiful place to have a hotel!”
