"We advised reception that we would be arriving early morning and they said that wouldnt be a problem, but when we arrived, we had to wait till they woke up to let us in. We were given a room that had such a strong mildew smell it was hard to adjust to. We advised staff and they said they would move us however they forgot and by that time we couldnt be moved. "Good location, staff are great, bathroom needs work. Downside is the upstairs rooftop club that plays loud music from 6pm- midnight which you can hear very loudly from your room. Just an FYI if you’re travelling and trying to get a decent night sleep "
