"Room was dirty, bathroom had used soap in shower, food trash left in window, and random trash on floor in room. Bathroom only had 1/4 roll of toilet paper and when we ran out they took forever to bring more. Coffee bar staff was unorganized and unprofessional. Ordered ahead from room just to wait 30 mins at counter then to be told they were out. Manager was rude when requesting refund. "

"Staff was great and very Helpful. Only reason this is not a full five star review, isn’t my rental car got broken into in the parking deck morning, as I was checking out to leave. They busted out the driver side window, took off and fled. Staff was excellent and helping me work through that and calling the police for me. However, that was a bit unsettling to have as an experience for my first time in San Antonio. My suggestion, is to park out front where there is a clear view of the road."
