"行李需要自行拖到玻璃屋，下午四點天就黑了，這時候找位置有點困難，感覺整體來說稍微辛苦了一些。 玻璃屋頂上會結冰；現場員工數量似乎不多，關於接駁巴士（shuttle bus）的資訊也需要主動詢問三次以上,每次時間都不太確定,所以如果需要接駁要多留一點時間。 不過，員工在提供服務時態度都非常親切良好。 晚餐和早餐都很好，強烈推薦一定要去酒吧（bar）體驗！"

"Super Good overall. Did the Husky self drive, it was great with a great Husky farm: Matara Creek. Hotel was great overall, Spa, breakfast, services. I recommend to drive or to plan your activities with the hotel as this is 45 min from the city center. "

"No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours. "
