"This place is brilliant. Tucked away in the middle of no where, is this gorgeous pub and restaurant. Lovely rooms, terric staff and pub food taken to top restaurant levels. Craft beers on tap with excellent choice. Enjoyed 3 days but need to go back soon."

The Management and Staff are friendly, efficient and professional in every respect.I am well retired, but have 34 years working in the Hospitality Sector. , the last 22 as a lecturer in the subject and training provider to the MOD. The only suggestion I would make is could they reinstate the biscuits in the room please."

The scenery and location is magical and the lake is wonderful. The food from breakfast to dinner is delicious. We have stayed here twice this year and it’s been delightful every time. "Great place to stay with a warm welcome. Rob and Jan are very friendly hosts, made us feel at home. A short walk into Todmorden and had a lovely day. Had a great sleep in a very comfy bed. "Ideally located just off the M65. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and tidy with a tea/coffee making facility. Free wi-fi was easily accessible. Pub/restaurant next to the accommodation building had a great selection of beers and a comprehensive menu. Breakfast was served in the pub/restaurant. Great selection from continental to full english."
