Right across the river is where the carriage drivers wait to give tours. Pool is heated if you stay during spring break while it is still cool out."

You will have to take a short walk to a parking garage with a small fee that will charge every time you leave BUT I have confirmed that soon in th very close future a partnership with a closer garage will be in the works.
