"Muy útil y eficiente el transporte 24 horas hacia y desde el aeropuerto, el personal excelente y las instalaciones lindas y conservadas. Mi única queja es que ofrece tres restaurantes hasta las 12 de la noche y cuando fui a pedir la comida solo estaba disponible uno y con comida fuerte para la hora de la noche pero claro es cuestión de gustos ! Pedí una sopa de res ya que tenía hambre y quería algo consistente pero era muy poco y la carne si se podía ver. De resto excelente todo lo recomiendo 100% solo tomar precauciones con las horas de llegada si se piensa comer en el hotel."

"I had a great experience staying at the Eurobuilding Hotel & Suites Caracas. The hotel is beautiful, the service was excellent, and the staff was always professional and attentive. I especially want to recognize Shannon Angilello for going above and beyond during my stay. I had an issue with my room, and she handled the situation very fast and efficiently, moving me to another room immediately and making sure everything was resolved smoothly. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Caracas."
