"Well maintained, comfy stay, friendly staff/owner a real bonus, great place keeps us coming back! Parking Grounds and parking lot immaculate. Gardeners did a beautiful job there better than some places (shows they care). Pool and hot tub perfect too. Had a small trailer hitched on and they directed us to be able to park it while we went around town. Thank you, will be back."

"This was our second time staying at this property. We love the location and reasonable rates. A quick walk to the water and Lobster Pound is 2 doors down. This is a great home base if you like to be able to walk around. There is not much need to drive with so much in walking distance. We definitely stay here a 3rd time when we come back to the area. Also, they offer a quick and simply continental breakfast; coffee, tea, juice and yogurts, cereal, breads and pastries."
