"Me and my niece stayed here for a weekend. The first rooom they gave us had no heat! So we had to sit around for over 30 minutes waiting for another room to become avaliable. Then when we got to the second room the hot water was janky, had to leave the water running for a while to get it hot. "

"Lovely hotel in a great area with lots of stores and restaurants. Staff was friendly and professional! Room was immaculate and clean. Definitely will stay here every year I come to the Berks Jazz Festival. It’s only a 15 min drive."
