"The location of the room was perfect, slightly separate from a lot of the other floating islands and so it felt more secluded. It was amazing waking up to the beautiful view in the morning. We went with the owner, Nestor, on a trip which was far better than the other organised tours. Nestor was friendly and talked us through everything to with the islands, the culture and the tourism. "The hotel has a beautiful view to lake Titicaca with Llamas roaming around and many relaxing sitting areas. The triple room we stayed was very specious and clean, with good mattress and bedding. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and breakfast is great. A big shout out to the quiet and kind waiter Benedicto who found out it was my daughter's birthday and brought a cake with candles and brought the staff to sing happy birthday and totally surprised us!"

"Turned up at the hotel and the doors were padlocked. Called them on the number pinned to the door and they said they would be there in 1 hour. I returned in 1 hour and no one showed up. Hotel.com were useless and have refused to refund me as they say I cancelled and the hotel needs to approve the refund in this instance."
