"Staff was always friendly, helpful. Could store our luggage before check in and after check out! Breakfast is more than anything, though the room is quite small. Everything was clean and the room was nice also not noisy as most rooms in Manhattan! The Path Train is right outside the front door so the way to NYC was perfect. Would definitely come again! "What a find in lower Manhattan. Quiet modern room in a classic style NY building. Staff very welcoming. Very close to subway station. Great coffee house at ground floor in the building lobby. Will book again for sure"

"Everything was great. Great choice for families with lots of space for New York compared to other hotels we have visited. Massive amount of storage for clothes and luggage. Two bathrooms, great facilities for laundry and the kids could play pool or ping pong whilst they were waiting. Would highly recommend. Easy location close to subway and ferries to get about."

The staff are polite, friendly, and very considerate, which made the stay even more pleasant. "Great hotel with breakfast. Great location, within short walking distances to multiple subway lines/stations to explore New York City. Short walk to the South Ferry Terminal to catch the Statue of Liberty ferry. Super close to a great bagel shop (Leo's Bagels) and only a short walk to many other shops and restaurants. Will stay here again when next visiting New York City."
