"Brand new property as it opened on the day we arrived. Beautifully designed and very modern. The staff tried their best however there were some teething issues. We pre-paid via Hotels.com but the staff at check-in said they could find our booking but could not see whether we had paid. Ended up supplying proof of payment by showing them our bank records and for supplying our card number again. This was not ideal and check-in for the 4 rooms our party booked took almost an hour. "My wife and I arrived a little bit early to check in but the lovely helpful lady at reception took out luggage aside and we went for a walk in the nearby peace park. The room was a good size for a Japanese hotel room with all the expected facilities. We went up to the Onsen, which while basic was perfect for a quick deep clean.
