Travelocity messed up our reservation so the owners were not expecting us, but they handled the situation flawlessly, lodging us in the room we had reserved and treating us delightfully. "I had a great staying at Hotel Santo Stefano. The staff is absolutely wonderful; I travelled by public transport and they came to pick me up and take me back to the bus stop. The rooms are very spacious and confortable. The hotel has got a restaurant which is very handy when you have spent a day at the Archive and you are too tired to go out. I cani possono seguirvi in ogni lato della struttura, anche sotto l’ombrellone in piscina. Ottima colazione ricchissima che comprende anche dolci fatti in casa. Abbiamo cenato due volte in struttura ed era tutto buonissimo. Ci è sembrato di essere in famiglia. "
