"If I could give this negative stars I would!! I booked this through Hotels.com which is always amazing. I had to call them to complain about our room, as well as the establishment. "I was pleasantly surprised by this very reasonably priced hotel about a stone's throw from Sturbridge Village, right off the Mass Pike. I don't know if it's recently remodeled, but everything looks new. "Ugh. So disappointed. They first put us in a room on the 2nd floor, but the hotel is below ground level so our view out the window was the tires on cars driving on the main road. We asked to get moved and were told..no problem we are only 12% occupied…then why put anyone in crap rooms? They then moved us just one floor up and the AC didn’t work. We gave up and opened the 2 windows out of 4 that would actually open and dealt with the road noise. I would never stay here again."
