"No breakfast in the Morning because Manager apparently did not make it to the Hotel. When asked for immefiate refund the answer was „I cannot do this. I will leave a note hopefully they will then answer you“. Also no coffee available that was not refilled. Poor Customer Service!"

"Carpet in hallways was so disgustingly dirty and hallways smelled. Huge gap under door leading to hallway. Bath towels were a grungy brown color. No trash can or tissues in bathroom. Only toiletry was a small bar of soap, no shampoo/conditioner. Shower only had a curtain that was wayyyyy too long, no liner- so curtain was soaked. No housekeeping for a 4 day stay. Had to go to Walmart yo buy towels and pillows. On king size bed, there were 3 half sized pillows. "
