Areas inside building are all clean and freshly painted and good. First impression of outside of building is could use power washed or paint, but really not a big deal. Our stay was for 7 days for NAIA softball World Series and we were happy there. Would stay again and recommend it."

"We had the pleasure of staying at this establishment for my son's Army graduation. The hotel was very pleasant, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent, and they also offered a dinner buffet from Monday through Wednesday. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the availability of free laundry facilities. Its location is also convenient, being close to various restaurants and shopping options."
